It's time to gather auction items!

“Many hearts make a school and many hands make light work”… We need the support of the entire community to make this event successful! And, a successful auction enables Greenwood School to continue with the rich, nurturing and unique educational programs that support the healthy education and development of our children. The first step is to help by gathering, creating and offering fun and fabulous auction items!

Enclosed you will find ideas and Auction Certificates so you can begin collecting
fabulous items for our auction including:

• Duplicate Auction Donation Certificates (more available in the office!)
• A Donation Suggestion flier for auction items to get your creativity flowing

What to do with the Auction Certificates:

• One Auction Certificate needs to be filled out for each auction item that you
  collect, create or make.
• The original must be brought to the Greenwood School office. Please bring
  them to the school office as you collect items so we can begin to build the
  auction catalog. Please... FINAL DEADLINE: APRIL 1! (no fooling!)

Other Ways You Can Help!

• Do you have any source that might be interested in donating wine for the event?
  Or perhaps able to sell to us at a discounted price? Or perhaps a winery that
  would be interested in doing a wine tasting at the event?
• Soon we will be looking for volunteers for a variety of tasks from organizing the auction to
  setting up on the day of the event. Keep your eyes open for ways you can help!
• If you need additional Auction Certificates, we have an abundance of them in the school
  office and/or posted online at www.greenwoodschool.org. Thank you!
