Enrollment Fees (due along with signed enrollment agreement):

• A nonrefundable, one-time enrollment fee of $250.
• A refundable, one-time deposit fee of $1,000. This one-time deposit will be held by GWS until:
  1) graduation from GWS or
  2) written notice of withdrawal from GWS and completion of the enrolled school year.
• Tuition Refund Plan (optional for families who pay tuition in one lump sum):
  Preschool – 2 day program - $175, 3 day program - $260, 5 day program - $435
  Kindergarten - $435
  Grades 1 to 5 - $487
  Grades 6 to 8 - $505

Incidental Fees and Expenses:

All students will be required to pay additional school fees including but not limited to SMART Tuition Management Services Enrollment Fee (approximately $45/year), musical instrument rental (3rd grade and up), private music lessons (4th grade and up), any additional class-related expenses such as field trips (which may range from $100 to $500/year, depending on the grade).

Optional Fees:

Commuter bus, hot lunch program, extended day care, and vacation camps. It is our hope that all families participate in annual fund raising to the extent that they are able.

Sibling Discount:

If you pay full tuition for your oldest child, a 15% sibling discount is offered for your second child at GWS, and a 20% discount is offered for each subsequent child enrolled in the school. We encourage families who are able to donate the discount back to Greenwood to do so.
